Eva Ramos and Marcus Knutsson from Quanterix will visit Turku University Hospital on Thursday, January 18 to inform about Simoa® technology and it’s applications. Please feel warmly invited to learn more about how Ultrasensitive biomarker detection can transform the future of healthcare.

You will learn how to use the Simoa equipment already available at Turku University Hospital to measure biomarkers at lower levels than ever before. Simoa® enables development of methods providing much earlier disease detection; better prognoses and enhanced treatment methods to improve the quality of life and longevity of the population for generations to come. Simoa® is changing the way in which the biology of health and disease is studied by giving researchers the ability to closely examine critical biomarkers in a majority of therapeutic areas, including neurology, infectious disease, oncology, inflammation and cardiology.

Tentative agenda

09.30 – 09.45 Welcome and general introduction (Marcus)

09.45 – 10.30 Simoa© technology (Eva)
