Abstracts

Researchers are encouraged to submit an abstract at the same time when registering to the Symposium. Based on the submitted abstracts, eight researchers are invited to give a short talk in the Symposium. The rest of the abstracts are invited to be presented as posters. Short talks and poster numbers are informed in July 2026.

There is a quota of 125 abstracts, first come first served.
The abstract submission closes automatically once the quota is full.

The abstract submission DL was Friday 5 June 2026, 23:59 (CET+1) and the abstract submission is now closed.

Posters

Majority of the abstracts are invited to be presented as posters in the BioCity Symposium. Take a look at the details regarding the posters and poster sessions from Abstract and poster instructions.pdf

Certificates

If you need a certificate of attendance or a certificate from presenting a poster please download, fill and print the certificate templates from here:
