The Symposium dinner this year will be arranged in Restaurant Göran, Forum Marinum, on Thursday 27 August 2026 at 19:00.

Dinner card fee is 20€

Registration to the dinner is done at the same time when registering to the Symposium. There is place for 100 participants, first come first serve!

This dinner is intended only for academic scientists and researchers, not for industry registrants. However, if you are a company representative and would like to join the dinner, please contact biocityturku@bioscience.fi

Our cancellation policy, please read this through

• The dinner fee needs to be paid at the same time when registering to the event, and the registration is binding.
• However, if something comes up and you cannot attend to the dinner, please inform about it immediately to biocityturku@bioscience.fi
• The dinner will be fully booked with people on a waiting list to get a seat. Hence, you cannot pass on your dinner seat yourself, but you must contact the organizers. Thank you for understanding this.
• The dinner fee cannot be refunded through the registration system. However, you can receive a refund once your spot is taken by the next person on the waiting list, who will pay you directly.
• Our aim is to have the dinner tables filled without any no-shows. Thank you for making an effort and letting us know about any cancellations!
