BioCity Symposium evening party 2024 is arranged as a cruise with steam ship Ukko-Pekka to Loistokari island.

The dinner is full, but you can place yourself in a queue by emailing to biocityturku@bioscience.fi

The boat leaves at 19.00 sharp in front of Vaakahuoneen Paviljonki (Linnankatu 40, 20100 Turku) and waits for no-one. Please be on time! The boat is back at 23:00.

Please remember weather appropriate and warm outdoor clothing, dinner is served outside. If the weather is absolutely horrible, we will eat inside the boat.

Cancellation policy and payment

If you have registered to the dinner but cannot participate, please let us know as soon as possible via email to biocityturku@bioscience.fi. The seat number is limited and the dinner is full booked.

You can cancel your dinner participation for free of charge until 15 August 2024.

The dinner fee payment link (20 €) is sent to your email on 16 August 2024. If you receive the payment link, the dinner fee must be paid whether you can attend to the dinner or not. The fee needs to be paid before the dinner.

Your home address and phone number is asked during the registration due to the dinner invoicing.
