This two-day symposium “Microbiome Meets Multi-Omics: Towards Functional and Mechanistic Insight” brings together microbiome researchers using omics, population cohorts, and mechanistic studies to advance microbiome science from description to function from early-life microbiota and diet to the virome and host-microbe interactions.

We are delighted to welcome our international speakers:
Prof. Hauke Smidt, Wageningen University & Research, the Netherlands), who will speak on integrative microbiome research infrastructures
Asst. Prof. Urvish Trivedi, University of Copenhagen, Denmark
Senior Researcher Yasin El Abiead, BOKU University, Austria.

International speakers will be joined by researchers from Turku and across Finland.
