Unique Symposium concept: Spread over three immersive days, our event offers a blend of in-depth overviews, cutting-edge research, and collaborative discussions. We will attempt to employ the collective intellect of both speakers and attendees to explore how advanced research, research infrastructures, and international organizations may tackle the multifaceted challenges of cancer. The presence of three major research infrastructure organizations and numerous leading cancer researchers, including Douglas Hanahan and Sir David Lane — with David Lane receiving the prestigious Jacobaeus Prize from the Novo Nordisk Foundation — promises enriching insights.
A quick snapshot of what to expect:
Day 1: Dive into the intricacies of metabolic signaling pathways and their intersections with oncologic signaling.
Day 2: Deep dive into HPV-mediated cancers, aiming to find global solutions, including developing regions.
Day 3: Insights from leading cancer biologists on pressing cancer-related topics, potential roles of research infrastructure, and the integration of AI in the quest against cancer. This will be complemented by sessions featuring local speakers and culminating in an interactive panel discussion.

Prepare to be inspired as we transition into the Fall term, commencing with the exciting BioCity Symposium and leading into Bridging Cancer Frontiers, along with other inspiring symposia. Remember, this is not just another symposium; bridging cancer research is our shared commitment as molecular life science researchers.
Should you have any questions, we are happy to assist.
We very much look forward to seeing you all at the Bridging Cancer Frontiers Symposium.
