SUMMARY:Bridging Cancer Frontiers Symposium
DESCRIPTION:August 29th–31st\nOn-site event\nPha1 Auditorium\, PharmaCity
\nProgram\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWe are excited that the Bridging Cancer Frontiers
Symposium is getting close. This unique cancer gathering will take place A
 ugust 29-31\, 2023\, at the Pharmacity Auditorium\, Turku\, Finland.\n\n&n

Symposium concept: Spread over three immersive days\, our event offers a
 blend of in-depth overviews\, cutting-edge research\, and collaborative di
scussions. We will attempt to employ the collective intellect of both spea
kers and attendees to explore how advanced research\, research infrastruct
ures\, and international organizations may tackle the multifaceted challen
ges of cancer. The presence of three major research infrastructure organiz
ations and numerous leading cancer researchers\, including Douglas Hanahan
and Sir David Lane — with David Lane receiving the prestigious Jacobaeu
s Prize from the Novo Nordisk Foundation — promises enriching insights.\
n\n&nbsp\;\n\nA quick snapshot of what to expect:\n\nDay 1: Dive into the
intricacies of metabolic signaling pathways and their intersections with o
 ncologic signaling.\n\nDay 2: Deep dive into HPV-mediated cancers\, aiming
to find global solutions\, including developing regions.\n\nDay 3: Insigh
ts from leading cancer biologists on pressing cancer-related topics\, pote
ntial roles of research infrastructure\, and the integration of AI in the
quest against cancer. This will be complemented by sessions featuring loca
l speakers and culminating in an interactive panel discussion.\n\nThe symp
osium poster is below. For a more detailed agenda and frequent updates\,
visit the symposium web page: https://hpvhorizon.com/events-bridging-canc
er-frontiers/\n\nPrepare to be inspired as we transition into the Fall ter
m\, commencing with the exciting BioCity Symposium and leading into Bridgi
ng Cancer Frontiers\, along with other inspiring symposia. Remember\, this
is not just another symposium\; bridging cancer research is our shared co
mmitment as molecular life science researchers.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nShould you h
ave any questions\, we are happy to assist.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWe very much l
ook forward to seeing you all at the Bridging Cancer Frontiers Symposium.
