Building accessible tools for bioimage analysis

The Biocenter Finland Bioinformatics platform invites you for a webinar series to introduce the various types of bioinformatics services offered by the platform. The webinar series aims to provide insight into the technology employed and a deeper understanding of the purpose of a given technology and how it is used in research.

Guillaume Jacquemet is a Professor in Bioimaging at Åbo Akademi University and a researcher at the Turku Bioscience Center. His research sits at the interface of cell biology, advanced microscopy, and computational image analysis. His group studies cancer cell migration and develops open-source tools that make advanced microscopy, bioimage analysis, and computational workflows more accessible to researchers.
