Research-based knowledge is the ground for decision-making. Would you like to know how scientific results are used nationally and internationally for science influening? For what else scientific results are used for? What are the strengths of University of Turku and how to improve them, to do even better in the future?

The six strategic profiles of University of Turku arrange a discussion event about science influencing and leading with knowledge. Academician of Science Markku Kulmala will open the event with a key-note talk, which is followed by two panel discussions. Panelists include Riitta Maijala (Vice-President for Research at Research Council of Finland) and Erja Heikkinen (Deputy Director General at Ministry of Education and Culture).

The event is in Finnish and it will be streamed. The link is sent via email to all registered participants one day before the event. However, if you want to joint the discussions, please come on-site.
