Warmly welcome to join us for an inspiring seminar with Prof. Bishr Omary. Omary’s research focuses on rare diseases that cause damage to the liver, skin and other tissues. His work has led to seminal findings of molecular disease mechanisms, for example on the role and posttranslational regulation of intermediate filament keratins and lamins in gastrointestinal epithelia using disease models and in patients. His studies have led to several patents related to medical diagnostics and therapy.

Please send a message to Diana Toivola (diana.toivola@abo.fi) if you would like to book a meeting with Dr. Omary.
