EDISS Project Demonstration Seminar
May 23rd at 9:00-11:30
On-site event
Agora building, Vesilinnantie 3, University Hill
Students from the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree Programme on the Engineering of Data Intensive Software Systems (EDISS) at Åbo Akademi University will present the results of their one-year-long research projects. Everyone are welcome to attend the event and interact with the students on the 3rd floor of the building Agora, Turku.
The event is organized as a student project fair, where each team will have a space to present live their solutions and approaches. All projects contain an AI (Artificial Intelligence) or ML (Machine Learning) based solution applied to a variety of application domains:
- Unveiling the Future of Parkinson’s Detection
- Apnea Detection in Premature Infants
- Developing a Fundamental Understanding of Explainable Artificial Intelligence using Texture Analysis in Medical Images
- Automatic Atrial Arrhythmia Detection from a Single Lead Electrocardiogram
- Resource allocation in Critical Adaptive Distributed Embedded Systems with Reinforcement Learning
- Automating Gearbox Sound Anomaly Detection
