This year’s theme, “Connecting the Communities”, celebrates the power of bringing together researchers, technology developers, facility experts, and imaging communities from across Europe to share ideas, build collaborations, and create new opportunities.

Beyond the many opportunities the AHM meetings provide for Node exchange, networking, and mutual learning, the program will explore how artificial intelligence is transforming imaging and scientific discovery, how AI-driven tools can make technologies, expertise, and services across our Nodes more visible and easier to find, and how new approaches to data, publications, and collaboration are shaping the future of research infrastructures.

We will also showcase our exceptional portfolio of newly funded European projects and the many opportunities they create for our community through new services, access programs, training activities, collaborations, technology development, and strategic initiatives. Above all, the meeting will be an opportunity to connect, learn, exchange ideas, and help shape the next chapter of Euro-BioImaging together.

We have great news for everyone who would like to share their work with the Euro-BioImaging community: due to popular demand, the abstract submission deadline has been extended to 30 June 2026. The same deadline applies for EVOLVE travel reimbursement applications, while registration remains open until 31 July 2026.

Please be aware that capacity is limited to 200 participants, and we will accommodate your submissions on a first-come, first-served basis.
