This one-day meeting will bring together international speakers studying barriers across biological scales—from molecular mechanisms of cell adhesion and junction assembly to tissue mechanics, immune cell migration, and cancer invasion. Through talks spanning cell biology, biophysics, and modelling, the symposium will highlight how physical and biochemical processes regulate the formation, maintenance, and disruption of biological barriers.

The event is free of charge and open to everyone but requires registration – please register below. Abstracts are being considered for poster presentation and flash talks.
