We would like to share an upcoming Lunch and Learn seminar hosted by 10x Genomics, showcasing the Xenium In Situ platform for high-throughput, subcellular spatial mapping of RNA and protein. The technology represents the next step beyond traditional single-cell genomics by enabling localization of molecules directly within their native tissue environment. Full event details are included below.

In addition to introducing this technology, this seminar will help us gauge the level of interest within our department and the broader community. While samples can currently be shipped to another service provider within Finland, we are exploring whether there might be sufficient local demand to consider bringing this instrument into our core facility in the future. At this stage, we are simply gathering feedback and would very much value your perspectives.
