 sity of Helsinki (Finland) in 2015. He then moved as a postdoc to the Depa
 rtment of Medical Biochemistry and Biophysics at the Karolinska Institute 
 in Sweden\, where he is currently residing. Lauri’s key research interes
 ts are driven by a fundamental question: how is it that a relatively small
  core set of signaling pathways are able to mediate such a diverse array o
