DESCRIPTION:Special guest seminar\n\nJohan Hartman\, Karolinska Institute\,
  Sweden\nPrecision pathology - from molecule to drug development\n\nDr Har
 tman is a principal investigator at Karolinska Institutet\, Dept of Oncolo
 gy and Pathology. His research focuses on breast cancer diagnosis with emp
 hasis on tumor heterogeneity and ex vivo drug profiling. He has co-publish
 ed several papers on the role of heterogeneity and cancer stem cells for t
 herapeutic resistance. His team also has interest in image analysis for hi
 stopathology. Proliferation is a central factor for breast tumorigenesis b
 ut also for subclassification of tumors. Hartmans team has worked many yea
 rs to develop computer-assisted methods to classify breast cancers based o
 n proliferation. Currently they are applying deep-learning algorithms to i
 mprove cancer diagnosis. Dr Hartman is a clinically active breast patholog
 ist at Karolinska University Laboratory and head of the Swedish expert gro
