DESCRIPTION:6th June at 09:00-16:00\nOnsite event\nin Cave auditorium\, Vis
 itor centre Joki\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe Finnish Society for Bioinformatics and 
 CompLifeSci are proudly joining forces to organize the Bioinformatics Day 
 on the 6th of June in Cave Auditorium from 9 am to 4 pm\, followed by a ne
 tworking event at Circus in ElectroCity from 4pm to late.\n\nThe aim of th
 e Bioinformatics day is to enhance collaboration between computational and
  wet lab researchers to get the best of both worlds. Our keynote speakers 
 are Tero Aittokallio\, a Professor of Biostatistics from the University of
  Oslo and Liisa Holm\, a professor in the Department of Biological and Env
 ironmental Sciences at the University of Helsinki. In addition to the keyn
 ote speakers\, we will select 9 talks from abstracts\, we will have 3 exte
 nsive poster sessions and plenty of networking opportunities.\n\nThe bioin
 formatics day includes countless of coffee cups\, free lunch\, and network
 ing event with snacks until late. It is a perfect opportunity to get inspi
 red by the latest computational discoveries and to learn how to implement 
 computational approaches to your research. Most of all\, it’s a wonderfu
 l opportunity to present your work\, whether wet lab or computational. We 
 aim that all participants will have a chance to present their work in eith
 er a talk or a poster.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWe are expecting this to be the most
