ermany\, Professor Schwenk conducts research at SciLifeLab in Solna since
its inauguration in 2010. His pioneering work focuses on innovating proteo
mics approaches to investigate circulating blood proteins\, aiming to eluc
idate the dynamic molecular characteristics of human health and disease. B
eyond his research\, Professor Schwenk holds leadership positions as a sci
entific director at both the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) and SciLifeLab's Pr
oteomics platform. He also serves as an elected council member of the Huma
n Proteome Organization (HUPO) and chairs HUPO's Plasma Proteome Project.\
